At 0226 hours Yoe Fire Company was dispatched along with Rescue 19 & Engine 19 for a two vehicle accident on Springwood Road & Pauline Drive. After some investigation the first crew on scene found the two vehicle accident at Springwood Road & School Street with one vehicle on fire. The engine compartment was on fire and the fire was knocked down by a extinguisher and Engine 19-1 fully extinguished the fire with a hose line. York Regional EMS transported both P1 patients and White Rose EMS transported an additional 3rd patient.Rescue 36 assisted with lighting and manpower. Rescue 36 was put back in service around 0330 hours and 36 fire police stayed scene until 0525 hours helping 19 fire police with traffic control while the police did their investigation and the road was clear.
