Monday, November 25, 2013 YCC dispatched Stations 36, 34, 37, and 19 to Windsor Twp. for a grease fire that was reported out. Upon arrival Chief 19 found that the fire was out, but that there were two patients with severe burns. He immediately requested additional EMS units and for two helicopters to fly. Units from 36 and 37 established landing zones on Kendale Road. STAT MedEvac 13 and Life Lion responded to the scene. Both victims were transported to Bay View Burn Center in Maryland.
